Mustica provides consumer apps and digital tools, including journaling, habit tracking, emotional analysis, routine suggestions, and related AI-powered features to assist personal productivity and wellbeing.

  • You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services.
  • You are responsible for maintaining account security and access credentials.
  • You agree to provide accurate information and comply with applicable laws.

4. Intellectual Property

  • We own all rights to the Services, including software, design, and content.
  • You retain rights to your user-generated content; you grant us a limited license to process it to deliver the Services.
  • Do not copy, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from the Services.

5. Payments and Refunds

  • Purchases may be processed by Apple App Store, Google Play, or Stripe.
  • Billing terms follow the respective platform’s policies.
  • Unless required by law or platform policy, subscriptions are non-refundable. You may cancel future renewals at any time within the platform’s account settings.

  • Some Services may be offered in private beta and are provided “as is” with limited availability.
  • Features may change without notice; access may be revoked at any time.
  • During beta, paid features may be unavailable or restricted to invite-only.

  • Exclusive venue for disputes is Sheridan County, Wyoming, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
